When Miss Piper was born, all her grandmas, grandpas, aunties and uncle were waiting (impatiently) to greet her. In fact, they all slept in the waiting room at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women. It wasn’t a short labour but they were all so excited, they didn’t care about the uncomfortable couches and chairs. The only one who couldn’t be in the waiting room was uncle Scooter – but he was at home sick and made the right decision – he didn’t think that the first gift from him should be the flu. Safe to say, this little girl was surrounded by family love from minute one – but most of all, the biggest love of all – the love of her mom and dad, Kelsey and Matt.
We did a photo session when she was just a couple of weeks old – and yes, she had all that incredible hair when she was born. Now, at six months, we captured images of this adorable little sprite – and she just keeps getting cuter. She has everyone in her life quite tightly wound around her little finger – including me. I suggested to her parents that she was so popular, she needed her own Facebook fan page, I know she was responsible for a dramatic spike in the traffic to my Facebook page.
Piper, I look forward to watching you grow and documenting your many delightful phases, you are the apple of many an eye – and it’s not hard to see why.
